/twitchgaming Gathering: Twitch Is Kicking Off Summer 2021 With Celebrities, Developer News, and Exclusive Reveals

The /twitchgaming gathering event is slated to kick off the summer with all new exclusive content. According to the announcement from Twitch, the fresh content will include some celebrity guest appearances on Twitch Rivals and access to exciting industry news. Fans and gamers can also expect a healthy dose of interviews and behind-the-scenes streams, among other exclusive content yet to be announce by Twitch.

The event will be streaming in English; however, Twitch has stated they will be co-streaming in multiple languages during the live event. Additionally, creators who would like to participate in the event have an opportunity to co-stream. Twitch has offered some recommended settings for creators looking to participate and asks streamers to standby more information is released closer to event dates.

According to Twitch, the summer event will include showcases from the following:

  • Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live
  • Devolver Digital
  • Netflix Geeked
  • Guerrilla Collective
  • Wholesome Games
  • Frontier Developments
  • Amazon Games
  • Future Games Show presented by GamesRadar
  • PC Gaming Show presented by PC Gamer
  • Battlestate Games
  • Facepunch Studios
  • Sega
  • IO Interactive
  • And more will be announced as we get closer to the event
