Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time Officially Announced

After leaked online listings and piecing together a cryptic teaser puzzle, It’s safe to confirm that everyone’s favorite Bandicoot is coming back for an all-new game and looking better than ever!

On 6/22/2020, The Twitter accounts for Activision, Toys For Bob, and Crash Bandicoot officially announced Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time along with a trailer.

Below is an official description of Crash Bandicoot 4’s plot coming from the game website.

“PICKING  UP WHERE THE  ORIGINAL TRILOGY, NEO CORTEX AND DR. NEFARIOUS TROPY HAVE ESCAPED THEIR INTERDIMENSIONAL PRISON AND IN DOING SO HAVE FRACTURED THE BOUNDARIES OF TIME AND SPACE. IT’S UP TO CRASH AND COCO TO SAVE THE DAY.”

In the game, players will be able to “manipulate time, flip [their] world upside down and bend the rules of reality as [they] master the four powerful Quantum Masks”

The game is being developed by Toys For Bob, who previously worked on Spyro: Reignited Trilogy, and will be published by Activision.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is currently available for pre-order on Playstation 4 and Xbox One with an expected release on October 2nd, 2020.
